Master Cleanse Recipe
The Master Cleanse recipe goes by many different names: The Lemonade Diet, colon cleanse, detox diet, etc. However no matter what its called it consists of one simple recipe that rarely deviates:

12 ounces of filtered Water
2 tablespoons of lemon juice (about half a lemon)
2 tablespoons of Organic Grade B maple syrup
A pinch of Cayenne pepper
That’s all there is to it. Its recommended to drink this concoction at least 6 times a day, but you can drink it more if you’d like along with as much water as you want.
The only other foods you are recommended to ingest while on the diet are salt water or herbal laxative tea. Huh? We’ll explain.
You see, each ingredient has its own very unique purpose and contains the necessary vitamins and minerals essential to human survival.
Grade B Maple syrup: Consists mostly of sugars your body needs to produce energy. Additionally Grade B maple syrup has not been refined as throughly as Grade A. This means its not as sweet, but the lack of refinements has left a lot of raw nutrients such as Zinc and manganese. Its sometimes difficult to find Grade B, but it is 100% necessary. Never substitute for Grade A.
Lemon juice: Lemons contain not only crucial vitamins like A, C and Calcium, but they contain many enzymes which work together with your body to start breaking up the waste that has built up in your body over decades of use.
Cayenne pepper: I’ll be honest, most people find that this ruins the taste of their drink. Fair enough, but it is crucial to the recipe. Cayenne pepper has additional vitamins your body needs, but it also serves to help break up mucus inside your body and improves blow flow. If you do not like the taste of cayenne in your drink I recommend mixing it with a little water in a shot glass and taking it separately. I think this helps since most people are used to anything in a shot glass being kinda hard to swallow.
So what about the saltwater and herbal laxative tea? Here’s the thing, the ingredients here by themselves will not make you go Number 2. There’s not real fiber or anything else in them. So that means while your body is doing this great job going into cleaning mode on the walls of your colon, no ones picking up the garbage left at the curb.
These solutions work two different ways: Herbal laxative tea for when you would like to have a tea at night and go in the AM and saltwater tea for when you plan on running directly to the bathroom.
